#TipTuesday - Book Switcher & Product Switcher! 🪄

Welcome to our new weekly #TipTuesday series here on the Reckon Community!

Each week a member of the Reckon team will share a little tip, trick or something useful that you might be able to make use of with your Reckon software!

Our first #TipTuesday is for Reckon Payroll, and more specifically how to use the book switcher and product switcher to easily navigate between multiple Reckon Payroll books and even your Reckon One book!

✨ Book Switcher

The book switcher is a really handy way of switching between the multiple Reckon Payroll books you may have under your single account!
Simply click the Payroll Book Switcher button and a list of all Reckon Payroll books you have access to will appear. Simply click the book you wish to access and it'll open straight away ready for you to use! Its that easy!

✨ Product Switcher

The product switcher is another handy navigation feature that allows you to switch from your Reckon Payroll book to your Reckon One book (or other Reckon services) in a flash!

Click the menu button in the top left corner, select which Reckon product you'd like to switch to eg. Reckon One then select your book and it will open for you. Super easy!
