Why pay item is not appearing?

Why when Superannuation is set as follows (3 items-all active), not all superannuation pay items are appearing in the employee drop down menu when completing a pay run

This a normal behavior of the software that the item has been created but if it's not added to the Employee Records, it will not reflect in the pay runs.
Once you have the Additional Employer Contribution (New created Item) added into the Employee Details, then you will be able to select that in the Pay run. This is to be selected from the Superannuation Items as in the screenshot attached-
