10187??

UDP or TCP?

In, out or both?

This really needs to be in the user guide released with the software!

    Dear @Anne_10599324 ,

It would be Port 10187 on TCP/IP.

    The QBDataServiceUser would be 34.

We will be updating our article here: https://help.reckon.com/article/enblspc3sq

    To reflect these changes.

    Kind regards,

Thanks. Why is this information not in the user guide that comes with the software? Sysadmins know to go looking for the port, and lets face it, its not hard to work out what the port will be, but your average user would not and be pulling their hair out trying to work out what is causing the error code.

Appreciate the feedback on this @Anne_10599324

We've updated our installation and upgrade guide to include a section on multi-user and firewall configuration which you'll find HERE 🙂

Cheers Rav! I could always work out what they are, but someone new to a multi user setup would be pulling their hair out
