Super Guarantee not changing

Hi,

I went in and manually changed the % to 11.5 for each fund in the Payroll Item section but it did not follow through to the pay run so I had to manually change in there also for each individual.

It still shows 11% in each individuals employee set-up.

I am sure last year it went through no problems.

    Hi Jody

    Did you receive the message prompt to update your super item to 11.5% and if so, did you select the Yes option?

    No, I did not get that this year and last year it would not connect for me so I had to do it manually in the Payroll Item list and that worked.

    This year it did not work even though it shows 11.5% in all the super payroll items.

    I only received a reminder on the Tax tables updating.

    Hi Jody,

    Can you please try this out?

    Edit → Preferences → General → Tick "Bring back all one time messages." then log out and log back in; then go to Payroll Centre.

    I still only had a tax message pop up. But I still cannot work out why changing the % in each Super Payroll Item is not flowing through as it did last year.

    Ok, it took a bit of time but finally came up after the tax message and after another message.

    This seems to have fixed the issue.

    I have upgraded to 2024 and checked to see if the correct tax table information is in and yes 01.07.24 but I have had no messages at all. Tried the above bring back all "one time messages and still nothing" and super still at 11%?!?!?!?!?!.

    Hi @Michelle_7070859 ,

    Once you tried the above bring back all "one time messages", It might not pop-up right away. Can you please try verify data file after that log out and log back in; then go to Payroll Centre.

    To verify company file.

    Go to File → Utilities → Verify Data.

    OMG I had all one time messages come back on other things which was annoying but the last message I clicked - my usual don't show me again and low and behold the next message was the Super. YAY success and said yes to be updated WOOHOO.

    I have the same problem and have tried all of the above. Looks like a common problem. Maybe Reckon has stuffed up this year. Never had a problem with the super message popping up at the beginning of the previous years.

    I've changed the super payroll item to 11.5% and that didn't work, so now I've had to manually change every individual employee to 11.5%. Great fun when I have 100's of employees
