Accidentally closed down Reckon Hosted without using exit.

Mistakenly closed down Reckon when I was exiting Gov Connect after the upgrade. Now I can't log back in as it says I'm still logged in. Argh. I've logged out on the home page but when I try to log in it says there's No Company Open. Do I just click on the QBW file listed and just hope I don't lose data?

I'd recommend logging off any active sessions within Hosted's control panel first by following the steps outlined HERE.

Once that is done and you've logged back into Reckon Accounts Hosted you can open your usual company file.
