Not getting the message to update SGC

    Hi

    I have finalised my 2023 to 2024 wages for one of my companies. I have followed the above listed instructions but am not getting the messsage to update SGC. I have not processed any pay runs for 2024 to 2025 but want to get things in order. Any ideas?

    Hi @JLRC

    Did you create those final 2023/24 pays in Reckon Accounts Hosted 2024? ie. Have you already upgraded to the 2024 version?

    Just to confirm, you followed the full steps outlined HERE to bring back one-time messages then closed all Hosted windows before selecting the option to Pay Employees?

    Hi Rav

    I use Desktop.

    Last update I had was for 2023 which was installed.

    Licence renewed December 2023.

    I have manually updated the Super rate via each employees record (don't have too many), so it is up to date and working now.

    Have I missed an email for an upgrade of software?

    Hi @JLRC

    The message to update super guarantee to 11.5% will only appear in the 2024 version of Reckon Accounts. If you're still using the 2023 version then I'd recommend checking out the new 2024 release which came out last month as it contains the tax tables for 2024/25 and other improvements & bug fixes.
