How do we move from Payroll Premier to Reckon Payroll

in Reckon Payroll

We have been using payroll premier for a number of years and have just tried to update for 2024/25 to find that it has been discontinued. We have had no contact regarding a move to Reckon Payroll. Can someone please explain the process and who we contact? Does Reckon Payroll allow you to prepare payroll for multiple entities in the same way that Payroll Premier did? We are a tax agent that provides payroll services for a number of entities and need that facility. I have lodged a support ticket but had no response.

    Thank you for your question! If you would like to call in to our customer service team and organize a time for you to migrate over to Reckon Payroll, we would be happy to assist you.

    In regard to preparing payroll for multiple entities/clients, we can migrate them across and generate multiple books in the new Payroll system.

    Have you been provided a support ticket case number; I will try and find it for you to review your enquire.
