Reckon Accounts Hosted Multi User Mode ?

Hi, I have been only using Reckon Accounts Hosted in single user mode. I now have someone to help me and have created a new profile in my account - my question is, can we both use the file at the same time (this would be infrequent) using the same username and password on the initial window to get into the dashboard / control panel / launch accounts area then using different profiles (Admin and User2) to login to the actual file?

OR do i need to pay for a whole new subscription / username to allow this?

We have just tried it for the first time today and while user 2 was logged in and on multi user mode when i tried to login as Admin it ended their session and let me in instead…

Just confused as to what the multi-user mode actually allows?

no only one login at a time per license. If you had 2 licenses and were in multi user mode you would both be able to access the file at the same time
