Reckon Hosted payroll - Super file not updating

My first attempt at uploading to the clearing house - Exported to the clearing house easy enough, however there were 3 staff with errors. I've now corrected them and exported again but the amount being imported still hasn't changed. I'm assuming it's a Reckon issue? How do I export/import the correct amount?

Just discovered it's the salary sacrifice $ that haven't been exported from Reckon. Disappointingly I've had to do these manually in the portal. Any ideas why?
