Leave not updating update

Hi

Why would the leave balance not update after a pay run is done. The below staff member had a total of 177 hours, taken leave 76hours but no update. No update on their pay slips either. There's 3 staff members with this issue, all others are correct. I cannot see anything obvious; we use Reckon Hosted. Thank you

    Hi Anngelene,

Sometimes you need to refresh your page for the changes to show. You can also check the leave balance when you open the employee's pay and view leave balances.

Let me know how you go.

    Best regards,

    Karren

    Hi Klaura

Pay run was last week so surely should have updated by now if that was the issue. On the pay slip it shows 177 AL avail and she has taken 76AL this has not updated. Not on pay slip, not in profile. What could the cause be? Reckon hosted also looks a bit different. I checked all settings they are the same as other staff in the same role and the other staff seems to be fine. There's 3 nurses that this same thing has happened to. What suggestion do you have for me to try.

    Hi @Anngelene,

Please perform a company file rebuilds 3 times, it will go through the file multiple times and check the data integrity and attempt to fix any potential corruptions:

Please let me know how you go. Thank you and speak soon.

    Cheers,

    Lucas

    Hi Anngelene,

Please disregard my previous post. Thats for a different product.

Have you tried doing the Verify-Rebuild-Verify? Most of the time it fixes the issue. Let me know otherwise.

    Best regards,

    Karren

    Hi @Anngelene,

I recommend calling into our technical support and have them escalate this to our data recovery team. The reasoning for this there is the possibility of your file being corrupted due to the leaves not adjusting correctly.

    Thank you and speak soon.

    Cheers,

    Lucas
