Declare Wages Information Report
I need to declare wages for WorkCover QLD, is there a report that gives the
- gross PAYG salary and wages
- superannuation payments
- any additional benefits provided to your workers
- any payments to individual sole trader contractors
- payments to apprentices, if any
All in 1 (one) report?

Hi @NoshcalTransport On the Payroll Totals report, you may need to add the Additions also but this report doesn't identify them. I find the Payroll Summary gives a much clearer breakdown.
You will likely need to include these* :
* Check the specifics for inclusions as this can vary state-to-state 😊
NOTE: The above reports are strictly PAYROLL-only.
If you have contractors that need to be included, hopefully, you post these Bills/Cheques to a specific COGS or Expense account in which case, run a report for the relevant account. Customise it to show what you need eg Dates, Columns etc, name it (eg "WorkCover Contractors") & Memorise it - along with the Payroll Summary (which you can also re-name) - so you can easily just run these again next year 😊

I printed that one out but not sure what figures I'm looking at? I printed Payroll Totals and just added the Gross column and the Super column together?

No there isn't. I used to customise the payroll summary and save it for next month. They do things differently in Queensland
