HI all

I can now not login my RAH file.

First issue was with the spelling dictionary, second issue was I am printing customer invoices, the screen previews was only picking up my logo and nothing else, I have logged out several times, including logging off remotely.

Now I cannot log back in.

    Sorry to hear that, Have you tried login with different web browser? or try incognito mode in Google Chrome?

    Make sure you logout fully, log off remote sessions, then restart, and as @Nickiu suggested, try a different browser

    I have logged off remotely 6 times.

    Each time I try to log back in, it tells me someone is already logged in.

    I am the only user of this file.

    can you login to Reckon, go to Control panel and log off remote. Then logout altogether by going to settings Logout on the browser window. Try another browser

    I have tried logging in, incognito, still getting this error message.

    I have logged off, turned off the pc, tried to log back in, but keep getting this.

    Is the file that you're trying to open is a shared-folder/ file?

    Hi Nick, not it is not a shared file. I logged in around 7am this morning, have been using the file, the about an hour ago, started getting these issues. Now I can't log back in.

    No users logged in. I go back into RAH 2024 to log in, choose my company file, type in my password and get the above message, the attempt to login has failed

    If you can try in a different web browser please? It might be session stuck on the web browser.

    I have no backups in the My Backup B drive

    I have just had support on the phone. I am so angry with them.

    Why isn't the support in Australia?

    This person has just tried to tell me there are two other people logged in. I am the only person who uses this file.
