Customer Portal


Hi, I have gone into the Customer Portal today to upload my STP in Gov Connect have signed in and it has gone to the next step, Multi-Factor Authentication, and I have always had a code sent to my phone, but today it is saying to enter the 6-digit code from your authentication app (eg Google Authenticator) I don't have the app and don't understand why it has changed? Any ideas of why it has changed? and what do I need to do. Thanks

We're currently investigating this issue as the MFA code is not coming through for customers at the moment. I do apologise for the inconvenience and we hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.
