Upgraded client's file yesterday.
Now getting this error. How do I get past this please?

Please confirm, if you are trying to open the file in Reckon Accounts 2023 version. If so, you will not be able to open because of its upgrade to 2024 version.
And if you are trying to open the file in correct version which is 2024 and getting this error message, please try the following steps to log-off all the remote-sessions.
Then try to login again and Launch Accounts 2024 and confirm if you are able to open the file. Please feel free to let us know for any concerns. Thank you!
