Emailing Forms (Invoices)
I am trying to send invoices from within Reckon Hosted for the first time. Template all set up, email addresses entered etc, and there are 11 invoices to send. The problem is the small box says 'going online' and 'sending form 1 of 11' but it has been like this for 10 minutes and I cant stop it/restart it or anything. Its just hanging there preventing me from moving on ( and not sending).
I've logged out and when I go back into the company file it is still trying to send
How do I force stop and go back to the original and cumbersome method of saving the invoice elsewhere and sending from my own email server?

hmmm .. have worked it out - its making me hit 'send' on every single email. I thought it would just send in bulk (I ticked them all). The issue was I had dismissed the email box not realising this was a key component in sending!

It looks like there is some action required at your end either with Outlook or something at the same screen. Please check this out -
Also, check for the emailing option in Reckon Accounts, if you have Display each email before sending option enabled and once disabled, does it behave the similar way. Check this for your reference -
