Autofill User Name (in Reckon Accounts Hosted) is incorrect. How do I change/delete?
Howdy.
When I log in to Reckon (Accounts Hosted) the auto filled username is incorrect. It is an old username. How do I delete it?

Your browser might have an autofill feature that saved your old username. Could you please let me know which browser you’re using?

Could you please try and remove the auto-filled username using the following steps:
- Click the menu button.
- Click Settings.
- Click Passwords .
- Click Saved passwords.
- Click on any of the logins on the list to view or copy it.
- To edit or delete a login, click the three-dot menu at the top right and choose Edit or Delete.

Unfortunately that hasn't worked.
I couldn't see the user name in question in the User / Passwords list.

I'm sorry to hear that didn't work for you.
As an alternative, you might want to try clearing your browsing data and cookies. Just keep in mind that this will also delete other saved information, so be sure you want to proceed before doing so.

Okay so did all that and no change in the old user name popping up each time. 😩
