Bank Transactions - Bank One Transactions - Fast Coding

Question

Transactions do not appear on Bank Transactions Tab, but it does appear on Bank One Transactions (for both cleared and unclear)

I cannot also access the Fast coding? Does it need to be set up first?

I can now access the bank transaction tab. As per the cash coding it shows

"There was a problem fetching your data"

* Can you please confirm if you have the account added into Reckon One - Bank Connections?
* If so, have you had that linked with the Bank Account?

To have all the transactions into Reckon One - Bank Transactions, you need to have the account added and linked to the correct Bank Account.
