Change ABN details in payroll

Hi,

I need to change my ABN details in Reckon Payroll due to a company restructure. From what I've researched it seems I need to setup a new account is that correct? What does that mean in terms of accessing the old and new accounts? Obviously I don't want to pay for two separate accounts when only one is active. Will I be able to have just one account and access the old account for historical purposes? Can I transfer employees/super details from the old account to the new one?

Hi NathanB,

You can create a new book using the same portal account. Reckon Payroll does not have the ability to move employee information from one book to another for now. Employee information must be entered manually.
Also, Reckon allows you to disable the book at any time. You can still open it but cannot make any changes to it.
