Has the setup changed?

Every morning this week, I have had to enter my password, it's not remebering it, even though I have it ticked to remember me.

    I can confirm that no recent updates have been made to the Reckon Accounts Hosted login system.

    Which web browser are you using?

    Do you use the in-built password manager, or do you have a 3rd-party password manager?

    Hi Alexis

    I have made no changes to the way I login. I use google chrome as I have always. I use the Reckon password, no change has been made there.

    Dear @JO-ANNE_7327707 ,

    Is it specifically the password field not filling in, or is it the MFA as you've listed on the title?

    If it's the MFA, it's required to be entered every 24 hours.

    If it's the password itself, is it the password for the company file, or to Hosted directly?

    It is the password to Login to Reckon Accounts Hosted. The username is present, but the password area is blank. I am having to enter it every morning. I have the Remember Me tick box ticked.

    Dear @JO-ANNE_7327707 ,

    Since this is Google Chrome, it's possible Chrome's auto-fill form data may have been altered. This can occur after your cache has been cleared.

    When you next go to Hosted's login screen, check in your URL/Address bar. Next to the Favourites icon should be the Password Manager icon, highlighted below:

    Click on this and see if it has your Username listed. Click on it. From there, you should be able to see if it has your Password saved as well.

    If it does not, you will need to update this in order for it to recall your password.
