Are you referring to the hosted dashboard screen timing out or the company file session itself?
If its the latter, do you leave the company file open and idle for extended periods of time?

If you leave your file inactive/idle for an hour it will display an idle session message on-screen.
You can reconnect to that same session if you do so within an hour of the message first appearing ie. 2 hours since you first went inactive in the file.
