Reckon One - Down? No Menu Items Available

Hello All,

I was using Reckon One fine this morning, then I left to do something, re-log in and then have this exact same problem:

Yes - I have cleared - cache, cookies, site data etc etc…

Have tried alternative browsers - exact same behaviour.

Also - this is also not the first time its done this - I'd say its probably done this 10 times since I've been using Reckon One. I've left it for a day in the past and it starts working normally again?

However - I need to get a lot of s&%t done today and it craps its pants.

Any advice???????????

Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your book.

Can I just confirm, is your Reckon One book shared with you from another user or are you the owner/admin of the book and account?

Hi Rav, I'm the owner/admin and the only user of the book.

Well… I've left it for an hour and it's working again.

Is there any reason for this behaviour? And how do I stop it from happening again?

To be honest I'm not sure yet but I've flicked a message over to our dev team with your report so I'll see if they can shed some light on what's happening.

Glad its sorted and you're able to access your book but sing out if you run into any more trouble.
