Resolving Script Error once and for all (Personal Plus)


I get script errors every time I try to access something that requires embedded web content (such as submit product feedback, product and customer support, and possibly others in the help menu).
I've read elsewhere that the problem may be related to the version of Internet Explorer, and that reducing security settings may help, but IE is pretty old and there are more modern browsers around e.g. Microsoft Edge.
Is there any chance of Reckon replacing IE with a more modern browser, or just using the user's default web browser? Even if the content was in a browser window rather than a Reckon window, that would be OK for me.

have same problem when trying to go from software to their page using Chrome.

The latest edition of the Personal Range released yesterday (more info here - 📢 Important info & Frequently Asked Questions - Personal Plus and Home & Business) resolves the issue of script errors by instead using your own default browser.
