We're currently investigating reports of Reckon One and Reckon Payroll experiencing slow speeds when logging in, navigating around or completing tasks.

We've got our teams looking into this as we speak and our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this is causing at the moment.

    Hi guys,

    We can log into the Reckon portal fine but unable to load either the Reckon Payroll or Reckon One pages today.

    We were halfway through a pay-run and things just stopped working.

    Just shown a blank screen with loading dots going nowhere. We have cleared cache's and re-booted etc. but same result.

    Anyone else having issues today?
