I have paid for a new subscription to Reckon Personal Plus. How to instal it?

I was told by Rohit Saxena , Technical Support Representative, that my previous version was old, and I should download ReckonAccountsPersonalv31.exe with Installation key. Thiis I have done, but I have not run it yet.

I was then told to question the Community. This is what I am now doing.

Dear @geoffreywmailbox ,

To install the software:

1. Ensure all previous editions of RA Personal/Home & Business have been deleted. If you need help with this, read our guide here: https://help.reckon.com/article/ily7uoxuo3
2. Run ReckonAccountsPersonalv31.exe.
3. When asked if you would like to install now, click Yes.
4. When you are prompted to Unzip, click Unzip.
5. After it finishes unzipping, click OK.
   1. If it asks you "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?", click Yes.
6. The installer will take you to the Installation Wizard. Click Next >.
7. Click I agree to the terms, then click Next >.
8. You will be prompted for your edition of Reckon Accounts Personal. Select the country edition (Australia or New Zealand), then click Next >.
9. Click Install.
10. After this completes, click Done.

Reckon Accounts Personal will launch shortly after, and from there, you can enter in your Installation Key to finalize installing the product.
