Activation after annual renewal


I have been using Reckon accounts for many years. Current version is V31. I have recently paid my annual renewal before the due date and a receipt has been issued.
Today when I attempted to open the program it called for me to Activate my license.
I have tried to do that several times, both automatically and manually but on each occasion I have had a message flashes up that says "Attempting to contact activation server - Please wait". That message disappears and I get the expired license message again.

Is the message from the above screenshot appearing after you've installed the new v31 edition and attempting to activate it?

A call to the Customer Service team - 1800 732 566 - resoled the issue. They updated the expiry date and gave me the new license number.
