Reckon One has received a quick little update today that has brought in a long-awaited and highly requested feature enhancement to invoice logos!

🖼️ Higher quality logos on invoices

You can now upload higher quality image files for your logos on invoices created in Reckon One! Here are a few of the upgrades with image files for logos on your invoices in this release.

⤴️ Increased Upload Limit

The file size limit of image files you can upload has been more than doubled from the previous 2MB to now a 5MB limit.

📂 Supported Formats

Supported file formats (BMP, PNG, JPG, GIF) are displayed before uploading.

❌ Improved Error Handling

Clear error messages will be displayed if an upload attempt fails.

👀 Preview Feature

After uploading your image, you can now preview the logo to review it before finalising and saving.

Spirit Super update

The Spirit Super superannuation fund has been updated in Reckon Payroll following its merge with Care Super.

Scroll bar enhancements

We've ensured the scroll bar on the employee page no longer overlaps and interferes with the Options button.
