EMAIL PENDING


Hi Team,
We have just switched over to Reckon Accounts Hosted yesterday and I am still familiarising myself with the new functions.
I emailed an invoice earlier this morning (7.25am) and when I checked the email status a moment ago, it is still sitting in pending.
What could be the issue here?

I often have that with emails, not always out of Reckon. I believe the internet signal can drop out intermittently, sometimes without even being noticed

status for this particular email? Was it in Reckon Accounts Hosted's email report?2 -

Yes, it was in the Reckon Accounts Hosted email report.
I would have thought once an email is sent, it should be delivered straight away.

It could be one of very many reasons
You know, in the old days hosted didn't even have email tracking. Sometimes email can take a while from MYOB too. I dont know if there's anything mysterious about it.
If its happening more frequently or to particular email addresses you might want to take a note of that.
