Error Code 7005

Hi
I have just installed the latest version of Reckon Accounts Personal Plus V31.
but unfortunately each time I go to access a report I get an Error message 7005 & then the system shuts down.
Can you please provide assistance & advise how to remedy this problem
It is very frustrating.

Does this error message appear when you attempt to generate a specific report or does it occur regardless of which report you attempt to access?
I know this might sound a tad strange but is your file name longer than 8 characters in length? If so, can you please shorten it to something less than 8 characters in length then retry.
Failing that, I'd recommend trying a clean uninstall and reinstall which we've got instructions on here -
