Unable to set up Suncorpbank feeds

Hi there - my bank feed to Suncorp ceased in mid December - I have spoken with Reckon Support whose advice was to delete the feed and then create a new one. I have attempted to create a new feed and am able to complete the feed set up but reckon is not updating with the approved feed from ACSISS. Does anyone have any advice on what steps or config I need to be take to get this working.

    Hi @RLJ,

    Could you please click on deleted feeds for me please and send a screenshot here? There should be previously removed feeds there. If there is I may need to check the back end of things and attempt to fix it for you.

    Please let me know, if you will be able to send the screenshot.
