Hi All,

My P C did an automated Windows upgrade last night and now my Personal Plus 2022 will not open.

Has anyone else experienced this problem

    Hi Rav,

    I have restored the PC to a date prior to the Windows update and that has solved the problem

    What is happening specifically when you attempt to launch Personal Plus 2022?

    Is there an error message appearing or something else happening on-screen? If you open the Task Manager, is the software running?
