Invoice missing information


Hi, I've just noticed that the invoice as seen on the Reckon website differs from that sent (as a pdf) to clients via email from the Reckon platform. Specifically, the "Item Price" & "Discount" lines are missing (see screenshots attached). This resulted in a client overpaying us, as they didn't see the discount amount on their invoice. Can this be rectified?

The contents of the invoice can be modified in Reckon One to include the additional information such as the "Item Price" & "Discount" lines.
If you go to Settings > General > Manage Invoice templates, you'll find the option to toggle these additional details on or off.
*The Preview button, located under the Save button, is also useful for seeing how the invoices will appear to your clients when adjusting the options.

Thanks Jason, that's fixed it. I'd always assumed these settings applied to how the invoice was displayed on-screen.
