Super Contributions Report - Grand Total required

It would be useful to have have totals on the Super Contributions report rather than having to manually add the totals which is more prone to error.

The super contributions report now includes totals by period for each employee along with a grand total within the report itself.

    The super contributions report now includes totals by period for each employee along with a grand total within the report itself, no need for manual caclulations.
