We wanted to give you an early heads up that Ozedi Direct will no longer be an option for SuperStream services in Reckon One from 28 April 2025.

To ensure uninterrupted processing of your super payments, we highly recommend you make the switch to Beam, which is seamlessly integrated with Reckon One and allows you to easily calculate, lodge and pay super contributions directly from your book.

    I Struggled with Ozedi for months, never actually got it to work, Beam worked first go……. Go Beam !

    Howdy, Already using Beam, but hit a snag early on (first time user).

    The How to Guide is missing a key piece of information.

    In the create a batch section, the start and end date is shown in the 'Add a batch ' pop-up, but no comments are made about the what dates go into those fields and why. e.g end date must be later than the pay run date you are submitting for or you get an error. Beam's site does not explain this, nor is there any explanation of the error msg that is shown when you get iot wrong.

    Could a paragraph or 2 be added to that how-to guide to cover this. This will help first timers immensely. The current guide (and others like it) assume all users know everything about every field on every form they use.

    Heads up. We don't and we really need to know what the criteria for each field is, so we can get on with it, and not have to drag customer service into the loop to answer something that should be in the guides.

    (and Yes, I write user guides for an earner)
