Reckon One performance issues (15 March)


Hi everyone,
We're currently investigating reports of performance issues in Reckon One. Initial observations show that accessing various pages are loading much slower than normal. We've also noted that in some cases, the menu options may not load correctly.
Sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration this is causing at the moment. More info and updates to follow.

Hi, anyone else experiencing very slow speed to open invoice home page etc, seems to be buffering for minutes at a time todayâĻ

It's the same in incognito and different windows, have tried shut down and restart and it's still slow as

Hi there, it seems to be fine now so unsure what the go was unless there was an issue with Reckon somewhere as I did speed tests etc which all worked out ok

Ok thats good to hear. I'm not sure the exact nature of the issue just yet but please sing out if you notice the performance drop again at any point today.

Hi Rav, it's slow again. I get into reckon One ok but now when I click on an invoice it is just buffering and not doing anything so guess there is an issue of some sort?

Took a few minutes just to get an invoice payment received in.

I'm really sorry about this hassle. The team are looking into things at the moment so I'm hoping to have an update to share soon.

I can't get into the dashboard or access any menu items so that I can access payroll. Do we have any updates as yet ?
***Please ignore my dashboard eventually came up so I was able to customise it and get into payroll that way.

Just as a general update for everyone. We're continuing to investigate to determine the root cause of this issue.
Apologies again for the hassle this is causing today. I'll post further updates with more info as soon as I receive it from our teams.

Heya @Rav , checking in here around 2pm Perth time. Performance seems down again, spinning wheel of doom trying to load invoices

Can you let me know if, once your screen eventually loads, does the performance pick up for you after that or is it constantly slow for you?

Has eventually loaded but just the invoice frame. All header banners and navigation fails to load so can't navigate to the modules needed

After loading via the Portal, no side menu appears. Unable to navigate the site except via the links in the Dashboard. Where has the side menu gone? I've been able to open an invoice via the Dashboard invoice link but still no side menu.

Thanks @duxnutsshane, I'm really sorry for the trouble this is causing today.
It's proving somewhat difficult for the team to nail this one down right now but I've communicated the above, and work is ongoing at the moment.

I'm also having issues. Everything loading very slowly, dashboard wont load completely, side bars gone. Can't access Invoicing or Estimates. Trying to send my estimates and invoices for the week but unable to access, this is the only day i have available all week to do this, quite frustrating
edit: i've managed to access invoicing from the new invoice button in dashboard, then estimates via changing the url from /core/invoice/create to /core/estimate

I know it's been a very long day contending with this and I do apologise again for the trouble it's caused.
We believe we've isolated where the root cause of the issue is stemming from. Our teams are working on developing a solution that will address this in full.
I can't provide an ETA just yet but I'll post this along with any other information that comes to hand as soon as I have it.

So when will this be fixed? I have been without the programme all day Very slow to load and no menu down left hand side so can do nothing

We've got folks working on a solution for this as we speak.
I can't commit a timeframe to you just yet but rest assured this is our top, and only, priority right now.

â UPDATE - ISSUE RESOLVED
Morning everyone
Our teams have worked overnight to develop a fix which was pushed to the Reckon One service last night.
This issue should now be resolved but we will continue to monitor the service throughouth the day.
Thank you all for your patience while we addressed this issue, I can fully appreciate it was a frustrating one to contend with and I do apologise.
