I am having a problem with my MFA, it is not sending a passcode to the mobile designated.

I've never had a problem receiving a code to my mobile. Is anyone experiencing this issue currently?

    All good, finally worked and got a code but never got the other dozen codes that I requested previously. Maybe a glitch in the system or with my Telstra mobile?

    I am glad you have it sorted. Sometimes, things get delayed because of problems with your mobile carrier. It might be due to traffic, maintenance, or other tech hiccups.

    Hi @Jodie_10004988,

    Just to add on to this post. In the future, if you ever have issues receiving an MFA code please turn on flight mode on your mobile phone for a few moments and turn it off.

    Once you have done the above, it usually sends through the delayed MFA code and I recommend just ignoring it and attempting to login again to ensure you have the latest code.

    Thanks Lucas. I did see an earlier post that suggested this and I did exactly that but my delayed codes never came through. It was several minutes later that I tried again and this time a code came through to my mobile. None of the previous one's did. Not sure why.

    Thanks for letting me know. Sometimes, it does provide the previous MFA codes all at once and will not do it for other carriers.
