Reckon requesting updated price plan

I currently have a subscription with Reckon but when I log in I'm asked to accept new price which I'm happy to do. But when I click accept it's has an error message saying Google can't process? Should I cancel my subscription through google and then resubscribe?

I rang reckon and they can't seem to fix this

    Sorry to hear you're having some trouble with this. Is our team investigating this further or what have they advised you so far?

    Hi

    All they have advised me to do is uninstall the reckon app and reinstall which I've done and still the same error message. Google seems to indicate because I have an ongoing subscription I will need to unsubscribe? Then subscribe again but I'm scared to do this in case I lose years of info

    That's a tad disappointing, I think we could have done better there so apologies for that.

    Could you post screenshots of the messages you're encountering when you attempt to accept the price changes and I'll check in with our mobile team on this.

    Hi..I have been on the phone with reckon but awaiting a call back. Here are the messages I'm receiving
