Reckon requesting updated price plan

Question

I currently have a subscription with Reckon but when I log in I'm asked to accept new price which I'm happy to do. But when I click accept it's has an error message saying Google can't process? Should I cancel my subscription through google and then resubscribe?

I rang reckon and they can't seem to fix this

I've just had a look and can see that we've got your account logged for our dev team to investigate. Our support team will come back to you as soon as they've got an update.

Hi..I have been on the phone with reckon but awaiting a call back. Here are the messages I'm receiving
