Rehired casual worker, Personal Leave and Annual Leave showing negative figure(?)

Rehired casual worker who worked for us previously (about 7 years ago) also on a casual basis - so had no outstanding leave entitlements. On his payslip Annual Leave and Personal Leave showing negative figures???
I have tried adjusting manually to 0.00 for both on his Leave entitlements and on his employee record shows 0.00 for both however his payslip still shows up a negative figure???
The adjustment occurred AFTER the payroll run, so can I assume on his next payslip it will show 0.00 for both? Do I need to do anything else?

Yes, that's correct - The adjustment is in real time so won't display historically, but should reflect on the next Paycheque 😊

Thanks for that. What I can't figure out is how it got to be a negative figure???

It sounds like at some point, a leave a Payroll Item has (inadvertently?) been used on his Paycheque &/or Leave taken amount in his record has been adjusted 😬
You can check the Leave Accrual Summary report (under Reports > Employees & Payroll) & drill down on this employee to see the leave movements for every pay.
