New Hosted Experience only for some of our users? And clipboard issues

One of my employees today reported that he can't paste from other windows into the Reckon Hosted system, and he says when he logs in it shows "Welcome to your new Hosted Experience" and gives some new icons across the top of the screen. The URL also seems to point to Amazon web services, instead of reckon.com . But when I login to Hosted, from the same login page, to access the same company file, I don't see any of that and I'm getting the old Hosted experience. What's going on? Why are there no announcements about this new Hosted experience? How can we 2 users from the same business be accessing the same shared company file, running from 2 different platforms?
I find that totally bizarre, and it's unprofessional of Reckon to launch this with no warning or announcements, and especially to force some users onto the new platform within the same business but not others.
By the way, my employee using the new system was unable to Paste from the local Windows clipboard into a Reckon Hosted session. We managed to figure that one out, it was due to the browser's security settings. We set Clipboard to "Allow" under Chrome's Privacy settings for this particular site, then it worked.

Hi @Chris_Esis
Thanks for your post and appreciate your feedback. Yes, Reckon Accounts Hosted will soon be moving to a new platform experience which we're really excited about. The new platform is designed to provide a number of enhancements in the area of file management and overall is a much better experience for our Hosted users.
In terms of release, we're starting things slow by making the new platform available progressively and we've started with a small group of users first. This allows us to gauge feedback (such as yours) and see what's working well and where things can be improved. This is the reason you might not be able to see it just yet when you attempt to login but another user can, however eventually all Reckon Accounts Hosted users will be upgraded.
In regard to communication, we sent through an email to all users who were upgraded to the new platform experience prior to the upgrade occurring to provide a heads up on what's new and resources to learn more about it. If you didn't receive that to the email address listed on your Hosted account, we can definitely follow up on that from our end.
I certainly hear your feedback though and we've got some announcements coming through here shortly.
If you have any questions on the new Reckon Accounts Hosted platform experience, please let know.

Thanks Rav, that makes more sense now. The employee received the email from Reckon but ignored it thinking it was a promotion. Now I see there is some guidance about setting the clipboard permissions, in the Help page linked from that email.

Thanks @Chris_Esis
This was actually really helpful feedback for us as all users within an account should have access to the new platform if they're part of the current group, which you obviously are, rather than just one of your users.
We're making some improvements around this on our end so you should expect an email early next week and access to the new platform experience to follow shortly after.
