Easier way to download files

The new toolbar has made it incredibly more painful to download files. At least have it sort in order of last modified when you go in. And make it so you dont have to click through the Q drive everytime. Thats without considering how annoying it is to have to go the top of the page to open this up rather than being right wherever you want for convinience. Plus how slow everything is. Ridiculously unnecessary changes and very disappointed with what has been presented.

Our company will be moving to XERO next FY if this and the many other faults with the new system are not rectified.

    Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear you're not a fan of the new platform experience yet.

    In regard to the sort order, you can select the ascending or descending button on the last modified column to sort files in your Q or B drive by modified date.

    You mentioned that you're noticing slowness. Can you let us know what and where specifically you're noticing this occur? Ie. Is it on a specific page or set of pages when you're trying to action a task? Would be keen to get some more feedback on this

    Yes but then you have to sort the order EVERY TIME you download plus having to click into the Q drive EVERY TIME! What an absolute joke. Made the whole experience that much more tedious, annoying and time consuming. Not enjoyable in the slightest.

    How do i get back the old floating one
