Hi, is anyone else having trouble when they started using the new platform.
The fonts and numerals are extremely pixelated.

Hi Rav, I sent all this off to support on Monday. But there hasn't been a response.
One support team did jump on my computer and look at the settings to see if she could do any think. She even commented herself that you can barely read the screen. She said it was a backend problem, if so, wouldn't everyone else be having the same problem?
It is a Windows
Chrome
External Monitor
Screen resolution 1920 x 1080
Setting 100%
No Manually adjusted settings in Zoom
The font is the whole of Reckon program
And not using any accessibility extensions.v,

At the moment we're collating feedback around this from users who currently have access to the new platform for Reckon Accounts Hosted and are experiencing this. Its not occurring to all users but we have received a few reports that we'e currently investigating.
I can see that the info you provided our support team (and above) has been added to this so thank you again for providing that.
I'll keep you updated on this as soon as I've recieved word on further developments with this.
