Upgrade to v31

Hey there, I have just installed v31 and when I went to start it up, I received the following error message. Can anyone advise me what this means and what I should do? Many thanks!

    Okay, so after uninstalling and reinstalling, I then received a new error message - screen shot below. I have uninstalled, re-started computer and then reinstalled v31 (and re-downloaded the software) multiple times now with the same error message. I'm at a loss as to what to do next. Any help would be very much appreciated. Leanne

    Hi @LeanneR

    When you reinstalled the software, did you perform a 'clean' uninstall and reinstall? If not, then I'd highly recommend doing so and I'll link our help guide below which contains steps on how - https://help.reckon.com/article/ily7uoxuo3-kba-4333-clean-uninstall-and-reinstall-of-accounts-personal
