When printing my invoices my logo is not printing even though it appears on the print preview. I have re-added to the logo to make sure it is in the correct place. I have checked I have the correct printer as per the new release.

    Hi @Carolyn Stumpp

Thanks for flagging this. Can you let me know the specific steps you went through when readding your logo image to your invoice template?

Also, what file format is your image file?

I went to the List/Templates and selected by invoice to edit. Went into the Select Logo and selected the .jpg file to use. Reckon asked to add to a file which I said yes to. Went in and altered the size of the image. Accepted changes and then went to print preview. Logo was good, but when I went print there is no logo

Thanks so much for that @Carolyn Stumpp

What is the file format of your image file?

Can I get you to do one more thing and let me know if it helps at all. If you upload a new copy of your image file to Hosted and then re-add it to your template then print the invoice, does it print correctly?

The format of the logo is a .jpg

I did as you suggested but nothing has changed.

Ok, thanks for trying @Carolyn Stumpp

One more suggestion, if you change the format of your image file to something like .png then upload that to Hosted and add to your template I believe that should get your logo back when printing.

To change the format of your image, open the file in Microsoft Paint (or other image software), click Save As and select the format as PNG. Alternatively, you can try resaving it as a JPEG if you wish.

Let me know how you get on.
