I have tried to follow all steps as outlined in other people's concerns and issues with this problem.

Software says it is unable to save my pdf file as it is corrupt.

I have tried loading my pdf into Paint - no go.

I have tried loading my jpeg file into the template - still blank.

Please help.

    Hi @sueenright

We've just had a fellow Community member in a similar situation try out the steps below which was successful. However, please note you've mentioned PDF in your post, which is not an image file. The below info is specific to image files.

If you change the format of your image file to something like .png then upload that to Hosted and add to your template I believe that should get your logo back when printing.

To change the format of your image, open the file in Microsoft Paint (or other image software), click Save As and select the format as PNG. Alternatively, you can try resaving it as a JPEG if you wish.

Thank you, that worked, but I have to change it for each and every template, correct?

    I have quite a few.
