Estimates not showing full billing address


Trying to send out some quotes however the billing address is not showing when I preview the estimate. All customer details have been entered under billing address and the template being used has the billing address selected to show in the header. The customer name shows but no address details

Just an update:
If the address is missing from estimates, please verify the customer contact details.
All address fields—including business address, billing address, and postal address—must be completed. Once you input the details, save and close the record, then review the estimate to ensure the information is updated accordingly. The billing address should now be visible on the estimate.

If the billing address is not showing in the estimate preview even though it’s been entered and selected in the template, here are a few things to double-check:
Customer Record: Ensure the billing address is saved in the correct fields of the customer profile, not in notes or custom fields.
Template Settings: Make sure the billing address is enabled in the template header settings. You can verify this by following these steps:
- Click the Settings (cog wheel) at the top left
- Under Day to Day, select Money In
- Choose Estimates, then click Manage Template
- Select the Header tab and ensure Billing Address is ticked on
Sometimes the preview view might differ from the final version. Try sending via email to your own address to see if the address appears there.

Hi Reeta
In customer details the address is saved under Billing Address and in the template billing address is enabled in the header. When I print to pdf it only shows the customer name
