I can't print anything from Reckon hosted since upgrade


Good morning, I can't print anything from Reckon hosted since it's upgrade. The only way I have found is to email it to myself and then print it. There must be an easier way for multiple forms?

There is a section about browser permissions which you may need to enable first, to get printing working.

You'll need to ensure that you've enabled the browser permissions that @Jason_Z has mentioned above. Check out the post linked in the reply above for details on how to enable permissions for both the clipboard and more importantly, pop-ups which is essential for printing.

Thanks Rav, I have enabled permissions. One computer will allow printing but mine still won't.
