Reckon Payroll not accruing annual or personal leave.

Just enquiring if anyone has come across an issue of reckon payroll not accruing annual and personal leave even though its set up correctly in the employee profile ?

Could you please check if the Options are enabled for the preferences of the leave Pay items, as shown in the attached screenshot?

Yes these options are enabled.
It has only affected 2 full time employees not all of our full time employees which is odd

Are you using the same pay items for these 2 employees?

Yes we are, the same set up as all our full time employees
