What does this mean - No streaming resources are available


Two of our team members this morning have this error message when trying to logon to Hosted.
As it is too early for Reckon staff, does anyone else know what this may mean

Just looping back to this one. The cause of this was an one-off issue that occurred approximately 8:15am (NZST) and resolved shortly after. It shouldn't occur again however if you notice anything unusual, please let us know.
Apologies for the inconvenience it caused this morning.

Unfortunately I can't see your screenshot but just to clarify, is this error message appearing as soon as those users click the Launch Accounts button?
If you log off the existing sessions within the Reckon Accounts Hosted control panel and then try again does it result in the same error?

Morning Rav,
The problem has resolved itself, but Yes, as soon as they go to Launch Accounts button.
This is the first time they tried logging in for the morning, for both users.
I'm concerned if it happens again, is there a work around or just a wait and see approach to be taken.

I'm not sure what the cause of that is at this stage but I'd like to get this over to the RAH product team just to see if there's any insight they can give me.
Can you please send me a private message with the following details and I'll see what I can find out -
- The user ID's of these two specific users
- The approximate time they tried to login this morning when they encountered the error
- The approximate time they were able to login successfully
- Were there any active sessions in the RAH control panel that were cleared?
