Reckon Community site - Performance issues (12 & 13 May)

Hi everyone

Unfortunately, it seems as though the Reckon Community has been experiencing a few performance issues over the last couple of days.

You may notice some pages might be loading slower than normal, email notifications are coming through a little delayed and searching acting a little funny.

The cause of the issue originates at the upstream platform provider of our Community site only and this does not affect any Reckon software.

I'm speaking with our provider on this and hopefully we'll start seeing performance returning to normal.

If you notice anything strange on the site or if something isn't working normally, please let me know.

    Morning all,

    The majority of performance issues affecting the Community site should now be resolved.

    Email notifications are working again and you may have received some notifications overnight from posts you've created or participated in. Apologies for the timing these may have come through.

    If you notice anything looking a little strange on the site or something isn't working properly, please let me know.
