Speed / Disconncets

Does anyone else feel that the updates made either by Reckon, or AWS have slowed Accounts Hosted down that much that it is almost not usable?

And what is the story Login to Accounts Hosted continually timing out when you are logged in and working in Accounts Hosted.

For users that have been upgraded to the new RAH platform, when it comes to speeds we've actually heard a lot of positive feedback in that loading times and general performance is much quicker and responsive.

Would be keen to get a bit more detailed info from you on what you're noticing along with a specific example.

Just to add my 2c for what it's worth, I have to say I find the initial loading time to get into the file much much faster which has been nice.

Just checking in to see if you're still experiencing any slowness. In my experience, things seem to be running quicker than before as well.

If you're still noticing issues, could you please check Preferences > Performance in the top toolbar and share the performance data here?
