Bills defaulted to amounts include tax

Hi, is there a way to not have amounts include tax selected every time we enter a bill in our QuickBooks desktop?

    Hi @Beehive,

    Just to confirm, are you using Reckon Accounts Desktop? If so, I’ll move this out of the Reckon One section for you.

    For Reckon Accounts Desktop, I believe the steps are:

    1. Click on the Edit menu and select Preferences.
    2. Select Tax.
    3. Click on the Company Preferences tab.
    4. Under Sales Figures, you can choose Gross (Inclusive of GST) or Net (Exclusive of GST).
    5. Click OK to save.
